Simplicity in design and robust construction give Simplex Cone Crushers ideal characteristics for continuous heavy-duty operations.

For every application we offer the ideal crusher size to achieve the most economical and efficient production.

These crushers feature electro-hydraulic adjustments, automated lifting and protection system, efficient lubrication system and high quality manufacturing.

Lubrication:

The external lubrication unit maintains the oil supply with controlled pressure, temperature and flow, monitored by audible and visual alert sensors, in addition to interlocking with the main engine for greater safety.

Carcass:

SXBC casings are produced from advanced designs and executed under a rigorous production process and quality control, which gives them structural rigidity and reliability.

Application flexibility:

Crushers can have their crushing chamber changed from the thinnest to the thickest, just replacing the linings, thus meeting various operating conditions.

Capacity of Hydraulic Cone Crushers

Designed to act as secondary or tertiary, both in fixed plants and mobile plants where they operate with highly abrasive materials.

Hydraulic Cone Crushers

Electro-hydraulic adjustments, automated lifting system and protections:

With the use of the opening control system activated by hydraulic motors, adjustments are quick, precise and easily performed, thus minimizing downtime and ensuring high production rates. The same system also makes replacing wear linings a simple and quick task. If the crusher stops with a full chamber (caused, for example, by power outages), a simple command button activates the hydraulic cylinders, completely unloading and cleaning the clogged materials. The crushing chamber relief system using hydraulic cylinders aided by nitrogen expansion tanks allows all non-crushable material to pass through without causing damage to the equipment.

Mechanical Cone Crushers

Adjustments, lifting system and protections:

The mechanical system developed by our engineers is simple and low cost, maintaining agility and ease in the adjustment and replacement procedures of wear linings. The relief system uses helical springs, allowing all non-crushable material to pass through without causing damage to the equipment.
