The Simplex Rotary Dewatering Classifier, is the best option for wet classification of materials between 0 and 5mm, in compliance with the rigid granulometric ranges of desired products, still incorporating dewatering, washing and dewatering characteristics.

Its design and operating principle is based on the simplicity and economy of processes natural, such as gravity, turbulence, decantation, capillarity, superficial cohesion, etc. to offer unmatched advantages in operating cost, volumetric capacity,

granulometric classification and maintenance.

Operating Cost - Processes an unparalleled 17m³ / h per Hp of installed power, using between 2Hp and 15Hp.

Volumetric Capacity - As needed, we can classify the food in up to three different products, in a single equipment.

Maintenance - The equipment's low turning speed implies minimal friction wear, as well as its only three moving parts make it practically maintenance-free.

Its constructive design incorporates a tank that allows the gradual decanting of solids at the bottom of the box, providing precise control of the desired cutting range.

A wheel incorporating buckets retrieves the solid fraction deposited at the bottom of the tank through its slow turning movement and removes water through the perforated screen.

The process of natural drainage of water by gravity is substantially accelerated by the action of a vacuum chamber located behind each bucket.

The vacuum is created naturally, as the wheel raises each bucket above the level of the pulp in the tank, which is maintained until the bottom edge of each deflector in the depressed region leaves the water.

Even if it occurs in an instant, this dewatering process is sufficiently efficient to reduce the pulp moisture to a range of 15% to 20%, allowing its discharge and transportation by an inclined belt conveyor.

After unloading the dewatered material, the bucket continues its movement of entry into the tank to start a new cycle.
