Multideck Simplex screens are compact units with high screening capacity, which through their vibratory movement combined with the relative positioning between their multiple decks, can process up to five times greater volume of material than an equivalent conventional screen.

These screening units can be used in a wide variety of industrial applications, especially in the processing of fine and wet materials.

Four basic models, due to the width variation, cover the entire capacity range, being able to produce up to six different granulometries from the feed.

Operation Method

The screening decks are mounted on top of each other at increasing inclination angles within the vibratory box. Due to the inclination of the screens, the apparent opening through which the particles fall vertically is much smaller than the “real opening” of the screen, so the separation is carried out in meshes of greater opening than the desired cut size, reducing the possibility of clogging of the screen. screen.

By partitioning the material fed into several different granulometric layers on each deck, we obtain a more uniform distribution with reduced material height on the canvas, which facilitates the segregation and passage of fines, in addition to reducing wear as larger particles are removed before that may come into contact with the thinner lower screens.

With intense vibratory movement, the particles are separated into meshes of opening almost twice as large as the size of the material being processed, and can also be equipped with "piano string" type screens, which, as they do not have transverse wires, have excellent separation capacity and are immune clogging even when operating with damp materials.

All models can be fully shielded against dust emissions by removable covers.

Its compact design requires minimal airflow for dust suction. Modules screwable to the central box, serve the various alternatives of chutes and nozzles for feeding and unloading.

The individual screen panels are replaced quickly and safely by removing the back cover and loosening the longitudinal tensioning screws, thus, changing screens for adjustments in the process is simplified and downtime in maintenance is kept to a minimum . The pre-tension of the screens is ideally maintained by tightening the nuts pressed against a set of encapsulated disc springs.

Vibratory excitation is promoted by natural synchronism motor vibrators with large capacity, high frequency and low power consumption. Its quiet operation is guaranteed by the suspension of the set in helical springs, which completely absorb the transfer of vibrations to the structures. The material in a vertical descending path moves quickly through the screens, in order to result in a high screening capacity, occupying a reduced area.

Lightweight yet robust, the equipment does not require heavy support structures or large foundations, minimizing installation costs and time.
